Created by the team behind Found Oyster and Rasarumah, the restaurant is set inside a beautifully restored church banquet hall just outside Highland Park, firmly rooted in the Hermon neighborhood it’s named after.

The space features a welcoming U-shaped bar reserved for walk-ins, making it an ideal stop for the popular $10 martini happy hour. The main dining room is filled with roomy leather booths that lend themselves perfectly to lively group dinners and special occasions. Hermon’s menu leans classic and indulgent, built for sharing and lingering. Highlights include gooey pull-apart garlic bread, crispy potato fritters topped with cream cheese, a rich pasta vongole with lasagna-like comfort, and a small but satisfying bar burger. Fried coconut prawns are another favorite. For dessert, Hermon’s brings back a retro showstopper: baked Alaska, served with a sense of fun and nostalgia that matches the room.
